Description

Join our technology team as a Junior Core Developer, focusing on low latency trading systems in the ever-evolving crypto markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact our business' growth by enhancing existing infrastructure and connecting to new trading venues in both CeFI and DeFI. If you excel in Rust, thrive on solving complex problems, and have a passion for performance-driven development, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Design and implement low-latency trading systems for CEX market-making, while also optimising smart contract interactions, on-chain arbitrage, and MEV strategies in decentralised finance (DeFi).
Support production trading systems as well as downstream applications.

Required

Excellent Rust (can be non-professional experience).
Experience working with async code.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Strong computer science fundamentals, algorithms, data-structures etc.

Desirable

A keen interest in crypto markets and technology.
- example projects in this space will be a big advantage.
Familiar with application-layer communication protocols:
- REST
- Web Sockets
Familiar with Python.
Familiar with the Linux command line.
