Description

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), your core responsibilities include generating qualified leads and forging strong partnerships within cryptocurrency exchanges, various projects, and the broader ecosystem. We also expect you to manage and enhance existing relationships, expanding our business footprint with partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor industry developments closely to stay ahead of trends.
  
  • Track new launches and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Proactively reach out to new projects, understand their business models, and provide solutions that add value.
  • Communicate relevant developments and insights to the wider team.

• Develop existing partnerships by understanding partners' needs and devising effective solutions.
  
  • Relay partners' needs to the team to facilitate collaborative solution development.
  • Design and discuss product solutions that cater to market demands.
• Source and secure deals that are in line with our technological and trading capabilities.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and products to refine our liquidity strategies.
• Expand your professional network by attending industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Crypto/Web3 native; a strong plus if you’re personally trading or regularly using Web3 applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of DeFi and liquidity mechanisms in Web3.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Presence

• Our offices are in Knightsbridge in London and we favour Hybrid work.
